So I ran, and it was not very nice, the weather was great but my body was not. Strange! The last 2 times have been so hard. It must be me not drinking enough water, not eating enough or whatever it might be. Well I just remembered I did not have a good night sleep!
I’m not in a bad shape but lately I have not been my old self. Last year I ran a half marathon with such strength. It was my personal best! And now I can barley run 7 km without almost dying!!
Hopefully it will turn and I will start running like I did last year!
